Lisa Arbogast brings to Promise Hill Project a successful career in business, as well as an unwavering commitment to social responsibility.

For over two decades, Lisa has served in a variety of management, marketing and human resource roles within her family's global prosthetics company. She has also worked diligently as an owner and designer at her graphic design firm. Throughout her business endeavors, Lisa has prioritized "giving back" within her hometown village outside of Columbus, Ohio, as well as her second residence in Dallas, Texas. Her focus includes impoverished areas across the globe, including the United States of America, Kenya and India. Kenya has been her main focus for the last 8 years, with India being second. She has recently expanded her work into the United States of America. She has put a great deal of time and energy towards the Orthotics and Prosthetics Activities Foundation, as well as numerous children's homes throughout Kenya. She is active in charitable efforts associated with her business including the Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation and the Open Hands Children's Home.

With a desire to strengthen the impact of her philanthropic efforts in poverty-stricken areas both domestically and abroad, Lisa founded The Promise Hill Project in 2017. Today, Lisa's vision of instilling hope and empowering those without life's basic necessities is being realized through the provision of food, water, personal hygiene and medical care items, and educational supplies to shelters, orphanages, schools, and villages both in the US and across the globe.

"Although we originate from different cultures, we speak different languages, we practice different religions, and we support different political parties- we are still ONE WORLD."

R2D2 works on the development of innovative, affordable products for rehabilitation needs in India and beyond, collaborates with clinical specialists, NGOs, hospitals, etc., to field-test the designs, and fosters a research environment to evaluate assistive device designs from biomechanical and functional standpoints.

Sujatha graduated with her B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IITM in 1992, MSME from the University of Toledo in 1994 and then worked in the prosthetics industry in the US for about 8 years. Marcia Baptiste

Marcia Baptiste has worked as Executive of Sales and Client Retention for a top Fortune 500 company, State Farm Insurance, for over ten years while managing various client accounts through Investments, Annuities and Life Insurance. Even though Marcia earned annual recognition as top in her industry, which includes multiple awards and magazine features throughout her career, (such as D Magazine "Best in Dallas" consecutively from 2015-2020) she did not stop there. Marcia acquired her Series 7 License and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica, at an early age Marcia's parents instilled the importance of education and the imperativeness of being a lifelong student. She moved to the United States to continue her higher education at University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations (B.S.P.R.) degree and then completed her Masters of Business Admiration (M.B.A.) degree. While still yearning for more knowledge, Marcia enrolled in Harvard Business School where she studied Entrepreneurship Essentials and Management- all while working on her book that is scheduled to be released nationwide in 2021.

Her visionary perspective was founded on the idea that great leaders are not born that way, but create themselves through hard work and determination. She believes that we all should aspire to inspire others. Marcia feels that "Not all of us can do great things, but we can do small things with great love", and has prioritized her focus on giving back. She volunteers at Habitat for Humanity every Saturday in helping to build homes for the less fortunate and also volunteers in feeding the homeless at the Dallas Life Homeless Shelter. Her devotion has also transcended globally wherein she hosts an annual School Bag Pack Giveaway through her nonprofit, Succor, which she founded in 2017, in her hometown of Jamaica. Marcia has put her energy and focus on educating our youths and has partnered with The University of The West Indies (in Jamaica) and hosts quarterly virtual seminars with the undergraduate students on the importance of financial literacy.

Marcia's hope is to provide education through support groups to the uniformed and aspires to create positive thought-provoking change for the less fortunate, one heart at a time.
