Why Giving Tuesday Matters for Promise Hill Project

Giving Tuesday is a global call to uplift others. But for Promise Hill, it holds a deeper meaning.

Since 2019, our volunteers have worked tirelessly, after work, on weekends, and in between daily responsibilities, to reach underserved and struggling communities. We have no paid staff, no physical office, and no overhead. This means every donated dollar becomes direct support, whether in the form of food, water, personal care products, period care, clean water access, or educational tools.

On Giving Tuesday, donors become partners in our mission. Their generosity helps us bridge the gap between scarcity and stability, restoring dignity to thousands of individuals around the world.

Promise Hill Project uplifts people through three core programs, each meeting essential needs and empowering individuals at different stages of their journey.

1. Basic Needs Program

Many of the communities we serve, especially those experiencing homelessness or extreme poverty, struggle to access reliable meals, clean drinking water, and safe shelter.

Communities We Serve: Across America, Kenya, and India

Promise Hill Project works where the need is greatest.

In the United States

We serve unhoused communities living outdoors, in tents, under bridges, and in encampments, as well as housed families struggling to meet basic needs. Many lack running water, electricity, or consistent access to hygiene products. Your donations bring comfort and dignity to children and adults across Texas, Ohio, New Mexico, New Jersey, and Michigan.

In Kenya

We provide meals, bottled water, period products, and life-changing female empowerment programs for girls and young women. These sessions include menstrual health education, underwear and period kit distribution, meals, and emotional support.

In India

We support rural communities with clean water solutions, including the installation of water wells and access to safe drinking water, dramatically improving health and stability.
