Promise Hill Project's Bag of Love Program offers an easily accessible solution to those suffering from lack of access to food, personal care products, clothing, school supplies and period products.

DISTRIBUTION MODEL

Branded bags containing food, personal care products, clothing, school supplies or period products are filled and then distributed to those in need at identified, safe drive-up/walk-up locations in struggling and impoverished communities.

Meal to Go

Addresses lack of access to food

*Provide nutritious, non-perishable, easy-to-prepare food to both children and adults of all ages to ensure a source of adequate nourishment.

THE NEED

Children typically lack access to food during the summer months because they are not in school. For many children, meals at school are the only meals they receive. Adults suffering from hunger often struggle to find jobs in the competitive job market, making the need to put food on the table even greater.

THE COST: $3,000

Will provide food, tucked inside a branded bag, featuring your company logo and Promise Hill Project logo, to 100 people in need.

Personal Care to Go

Addresses lack of access to personal care products

*Provide personal care products such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorant, body wipes and more- providing a source of cleanliness and proper hygiene.

THE NEED

People experiencing homelessness in the United States experience significant barriers to self-care and personal hygiene, including limited access to personal care products. While the obstacles to personal hygiene associated with homelessness may increase risk of infectious disease, hygiene-related behaviors among people experiencing homelessness have received limited attention.

THE COST: $2,500

Period Products to Go

Addresses lack of access to period products

*Provide necessary period products to young girls and women in need.

THE NEED

There are approximately 42 million impoverished women in the U.S., most of whom experience the indignity and shame of being unable to care for themselves during their periods. They are forced to use rags or dirty socks as forms of protection.

THE COST: $2,500

Will provide period products, tucked inside a branded bag with your company logo and Promise Hill Project logo, to 100 females in need.

Clothing to Go

*Provide warmth, protection from hot summer sun and cold winter winds, protects the body from cuts and bruises and allows for improved hygiene.

THE NEED

Homeless of all ages spend their lives roaming through the cold, the wet and unbearably hot temperatures-every day, all year long. It is important to ensure that those in need have proper clothing to protect their bodies. Socks, in particular, are of great importance. Socks help prevent trench foot- a medical condition that occurs when feet are wet for long periods of time. Trench foot can lead to possible amputation

THE COST: $4,500

Will provide a new outfit, tucked inside a branded bag featuring your company logo and Promise Hill Project logo, to 100 people in need.

School Supplies to Go

Addresses lack of access to school supplies and school uniforms

*Provide essential school supplies or school uniforms for students in need.

THE NEED

In America, 15 million children do not have accesss to essential school supplies. Struggling households are forced to decide if they will pay the electric, pay the rent, or put food on the table at the end of each month. Children in poverty are left to start the school year without the essential school supplies or proper uniforms

THE COST: $2,500

Will provide essential school supplies or school uniforms, tucked inside a branded bag featuring your company logo and Promise Hill Project logo, to 100 students in need.
